At Christ Church Bay Ridge, the holy grail (like in many aging-out parishes) was 
"we want families with children."

But the first time a new family with children showed up, one of the elderly 
ladies (and vestry member, spotting one of the kids pouring a glass of milk 
snapped at the kid, "You can’t have that. That milk is for US!"
