There's the rub... all over America people would have to move to leave the 
oppressive political situations they find themselves in.  I have mused a lot 
lately about how the westward expansion that lasted 100 years kept people 
'on the move' for many reasons and that now that so  many people have lived 
in one place or one state for 2 or 3 or 4 generations, the mindset is 
different and the wagons are circled and the oppressive political stuff is 
home grown.
