Alan, your fore is in our news and yes terrible and awful flooding in TX and north, west and east of my part of town. Thankfully the predicted weekend storms have not materialized to the extent predicted but I've avoided the weather report today and I hear it starting to rain again now. It is a major crisis here for all levels homeowners and especially renters dependent on government assistance.

Sumer is (nearly) icumen in.

Los Angeles TV news is fixated on this fire, about 15 miles away. It's
currently only about 200 acres, but whenever they say a fire is totally not
contained, it often rapidly spreads to thousands of acres. I'll pray it
doesn't. But with the brush this year, there'll be more to come.

Meanwhile, there's record floods in Texas?
