The lymphomatoid papulosis is a rare disease. In nearly 50 years of dermatology practice, I only saw it twice. Both cases were maintained well on methotrexate. There is some possibility that the condition could morph over to T-cell lymphoma (mycosis fungoides). My cases did not. David Strang.
