Corrections: It was reported in the July 7 edition that deputies voted to approve a resolution restoring the Office for Women's Ministries to the Episcopal Church Center (C040). According to Pat Mordecai, assistant for administration to the Presiding Bishop, the resolution was to make Women's Ministries a separate office, set apart from Congregational Ministries where it now resides. The House of Bishops subsequently did not concur (July 8) with the resolution. Quinton Primo III was elected to the board of the Church Pension Fund (July 8 issue). |
